I am yet to receive the Item No. GEB - *** Paid through Paisa Pay ID No.*** on 15th November, 2013 till Today i.e. 9th January, 2014 in spite of my submitting the State of West Bengal's Way Bill No.A *** dated 30th December, 2013 (The Sales Tax Fomalities) on 31st December, 2013 at the Blue Dart Express Ltd. office at 41, Chowringhee Road, 2nd Floor, Kolkata - 700071. This problem necessitated the launching of an eBay Guarantee Claim ID *** on the 6th of December, 2013 and it was unilaterally Closed as a Resolved issue on 7th January, 2014 while the Buyer receiving nothing against the Payment of Rs. 35, 670.00 .
Thus, it is clear cut act of Misleading and Fooling the Public on the part of eBay.
