dis-satisfactory product and seller

I SEND FIFVE OR SIX TIME EMAIL TO EBAY BUT I DIDN'T GET ANY SOLUTION, I SEND A MAIL TO SELLER TWICE AND

TO EBAY FIVE OR SIX TIME BUT I DIDN’T GET ANY KIND OF SOLUTION TILL NOW, TALK TO THE CUSTOMER CARE 2 TIMES

BUT THYE SAID WE COULD NOT HELP YOU, TALK TO THE SELLER,   SELLER DOES NOT WORKING WHICH IS PROVIDED ON MY RECEIPT WHEN I GOT MY ORDER, THE EMAIL ID OF SELLER   NOT CORRECT, THEN I TALK TO THE CUSTOMER CARE AND THEN THEY PROVIDE ME ANOTHER EMAIL ID    I SEND A MAIL ON THIS BUT DIDN’T GET ANY SOLUTION OR ANY FEEDBACK FROM HIS SIDE, I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE MATERIAL OF THE SHOES WHICH I RECEIVED,  I MUST SAY AND SORRY TO SAY EBAY AND THE SELLER YOU GUYS ARE, YOU ALL ARE THIEF  YOU SHOWS A LOT BUT SERVE VERY POOR,  I MUST SAY TO OTHER CUSTOMERS DON’T PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SO CALLED EBAY AND THEIR SELLER, IF ANY ONE READ THIS PLEASE PROVIDE ME SOLUTION, I AM HIGHLY, HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED FROM EABY,

MY FIRST EXPERIENCE IS TOTALLY, TOTALLY BAD VERY BAD…
