Dear rajelectroniks,

I am not misguiding, i have never selected ready to ship option till now. fedex & bluedart persons was visiting our offices even 2-3 days before enabling powership itself. That time we got their phone no's and told them we will intimate when the shipment is ready, they agreed to it and also told we can also call their toll free no's. fedex person comes to our office daily as instructed by us(for us most of the parcels has been assigned to fedex by eBay). Bluedart is rare, that time we call them and they come to our office and pickup the parcel. But for the first 2 items which i sent through powership, refund request got initiated for that stating fedex hasn't confirmed pickup. For that i had called Mr.Hassan and he has told me not to worry and it is an system error. Mr.Hasan is very helpful and if you have any queries regarding powership, you can call him @ 022 66690131

For sending items through powership, we just select print label pending option and print shipping documents.

It has been Days Blue Dart has not come to pickup orders of 14th June.

My 5% Discount is anyway gone and I am sure to get low DSR ratings for No fault at my end.

this is so serious that bluedart not come for pickup for 14th yet. why powership managers keep mum.

Now it is showing Refund Initiated by the system, for the Order dated 14th June, which was suppose to be picked up by Bluedart.

What should I do shall I handover the same to Blue Dart now if he comes in the evening or Not?

mohsin ship the article i have also 2 shipment for which refund request initiated displayed but after shipping next day itself status changed to shipped

donot worry take god name and do the shipping but be sure refund request should not cross three days

Thanks for the advice, yes I think you are right it is safe not to ship these refunded order, as I got a call from ebay that they have put the refund on hold but there is no mail or neither it is showing in the system as it is on hold.

However the second transaction of 14th June has also gone for system initiated refund.
