I am not misguiding, i have never selected ready to ship option till now. fedex & bluedart persons was visiting our offices even 2-3 days before enabling powership itself. That time we got their phone no's and told them we will intimate when the shipment is ready, they agreed to it and also told we can also call their toll free no's. fedex person comes to our office daily as instructed by us(for us most of the parcels has been assigned to fedex by eBay). Bluedart is rare, that time we call them and they come to our office and pickup the parcel. But for the first 2 items which i sent through powership, refund request got initiated for that stating fedex hasn't confirmed pickup. For that i had called Mr.Hassan and he has told me not to worry and it is an system error. Mr.Hasan is very helpful and if you have any queries regarding powership, you can call him @ 022 66690131
