Hi, i have won the case which was filed and juror made decision in my favour on 8th and today is 12th still ebay team has not removed the negative feedback from my panel cause they are telling that they have not received any mails from community court even after sending all the proofs now tell me what to do in this case more than 20 mails i have written to team but only cut copy paste answer really feeling very bad cause we sellers have to suffer for this if seller does any mistake ebay takes action instantly and if ebay does mistake then tell us what we can do ??? sending you mail which we received from community court
