Ebay is making mockery of its customers. I have not received the ebay diwali gift of external hard disk even after 4 months. Repeated chat support inquiry tells issue escalated, with no response. REALLY BAD. Ebay is cheating people with its offers. WILL NOT EVER BYE ANYTHING FROM EBAY AGAIN AND WILL TELL OTHERS ALSO TO DO SO.
