mr. cheater and liar who say to u its covered by in company warranty if anybody shipped 2nd hand goods? or used goods? plz tell if me ! if any less in package contents then what u do in this situtaion? who configured this router with BSNL????? when i connect with my PC then i saw its allready configured with BSNL it mean its used before someone!!! where is resource CD? me not Reset and Reconfiguration this router till now literally u all person talking as a IT illiterate people may be u dont have any knowlodge very poor support for end user customer in 1st mail i want only for replacement not for refund check mail in u r inbox from with same claim ID same date when i recived good from carrier in 2nd mail (with this id) write for refund only really very bad experience with ebay in ebay i thing all cheater togather ( seller and shipper)
