Dear sir, with utmost regret and despair and harrasment by ebay.in i m posting this grieviance though i m sure the crooks u r at ebay.in my problem will not be addressed, i sell merchandise on ebay mostly clocks and auto accessories. There r 2 claims which were raised by buyers as an after thought. Both in category item not as described. One was opened 7 days after reciept and the other 24 days after reciept...for which ich i have documentary evidence.
Ebay india has approved both the claims of the buyer...i wonder if the claim adjusters at ebay are told screw the seller approve all buyer claims as even a moron could know that both the claims were opened as an after thought i have sold similar products to other buyers who have been satisfied with thier purchases.
This is my last appeal to ebay to release my payments which ebay.in is withholding against these fictitious claim. I will be forced to move court against ebay.in for cheating and unfair business practice.
