I have purcahse i ball tab for Rs2499 /- which was dleiverd non working product and few accessoriers were missing as per the product catalogue .. which was delivered on 14.4.17 eveing and i have called cc Ebay on 15. infomred the issue .. they hae registered the claim for refund it will e sorted.. even after this iwas called several times till 2.8.4.17 to CC for checkig the status..
i have got replay stating claim is under process and it will be settled wiht 21 workign days ..
even i ahve received 2 mails for provide alternate number and details same was rplaied also imdtly..
i have recieved the mail on 28.4.17 night staing tha claim was rejected for not providing the required inforamtion..
this shows clealry to cheat the people and misleading ,, when the product is not working iam not understand the waht details ebay need . even they have not botherd our call and to tkae back the product..
please proces the refund ASAP
