hello sir, a buyer file a claim against me, details as follows

and buyer give this reason
the product which i have purchased its totally in damaged condition. the accessories was duplicate. i want my refund back as soon as possible. pls do needful for my money back.
my views:-
1) product was undamaged. ( i thing buyer has damaged it for refund, because he is threatening me for refund but i have mention in my advertisement , once sold never refund)
2) i have never told in my advertisement that i will provide original as series.
solution:-
1) my product was not defective
2) i can buy from ebay original as series and provide to buyer.
buyer advice me not t respond any message of ebay and he will claim refund
