I recently ordered a blackberry bold 9930 non camera device from ebay and am facing a problem that the device is restarting on its own again and again. I contacted the seller via phone and he said get an software update done and the device would function normally. Inspite of getting the upgrade done thrice the problem still persists. Request you to kindly assist me with this.
