Feedback about your phone support.

To whomsoever it concerns,

I have had a few questions, so thought i would ring your phone support and get those answered.
Later on, that proved to be worst decision i have made for the day.

I have made my first call at 12:26PM IST and got hung up after 10-15 minutes of hold. Total call duration was 40:30 Minutes. (Off course, my questions remain unanswered)

Called again and this time i was placed on hold (just like on first call) and hung up after 11:36 Minutes. (Yet again, i haven't got any answers for what i have called)

With a faith to get hold of someone who really is doing customer support job, i have called third time and as usual was placed on hold for about ~5-7 minutes. Again, this call ended (hung up) after 11:50 Minutes.

My final call: 2:16 PM IST lasted for about 7:14 minutes only, and luckily i was the one who ended this call, and not hung up like first three calls. On this call, rep failed to understand my question, so i have politely asked him to transfer call. He refused saying "We don't transfer"... Then, i have asked to make me speak with a supervisor / team leader, and he asked for a reason before he do that. I answered, because you were failed to understand, i would be thankful if you let me speak with someone else, and he repeated "I can't do it unless you give me a reason".... I was getting mad, and answered him "YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND ME, SO I WOULD LIKE TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE WHO DOES"... and his argument continued. "I can't transfer unless you give me a reason"

Well, i guess that was enough to piss off anyone. I wish him luck with his career, and ended my call.

TBH, not a good experience for me. I believe my feedback would help you guys improve your customer service in future.
