item received without bill & brand name

It was my first & probably the last of buying online through ebay. I bought an HDMI to DVi cable through online payment. Luckily I received the cable but it was without bill and of chinese quality without any brand name on plastic pack 'made in china...

Worst Service I have ever received - not trustworthy

Sorry to say but this is the worst service i have ever received. I did not receive my item yet purchased on 3rd Sep 2012. Opened 2 cases and both are closed with no results. No email communication from ebay gurantee team.. What can i expect more?????...
