bad service logistic team

I am active member of ebay last seven year, but this festive season the ebay made me unpleasant shopping experience. Because I had order same item twice from same seller Paisa pay ID ( *** , ***) and payement(Rs28799+28799=Rs 57598) will be made successfully and seller also shipped the item in time, but after lapses of two days item returned back to seller and cancelled my order without quoting any reason. If our pin code area is not under serviceable than why order will be accepted, but now condition soo worst that big amount held up. Now I am not able to buy same item from other online shopping. I don’t know what a worst logistic team engage by Ebay is especially “Blue Dart “ and my request you improve service, like full ascertain the shipping coverage area before accepting the order and keep wallet system that if any reason order amount will be available in wallet so that buyer can purchase item from other seller.
