account restricted on unfair basis

my user id is shreemarutiwifi2013 and 2 days back my account got restricted.Reason told to me is SPIKE IN GUARANTEE CLAIMS, while the matter of fact is that threre is NOT EVEN A SINGLE GUARANTEE CLAIM OR ANY OTHER CLAIM ON MY ACCOUNT.mails to inappeal@ebay.in and inrswebhelp@ebay.com go unnoticed.there is definately some foul play going on.reason being,i have no goods delivered to any buyer for the last 60 ndays.this is how ebay trust and safety works.

I have accounted the same problem.

My account has been restricted for 1 month on the grounds that i have rceived many claims...

while i have got only two claims and not even a single negative feedback.What exactly is the problem here?
