Hi just want to know if this happened to anyone else-
Have Ebay gave you wrong gift options if you had made more than one purchase during diwali offer 2012!
As this happened to me- Two purchases are above 76,000 and I did not read all the terms properly and after 11 days of trying, when at last luckily its shows me the gift ooptions which were from purchase total 50,000 to 75,000 to redeem I claimed one but when I talk to customer care about my total purchases they simply denies it that I already claim it so they can not do much but look into the matters and the promotion team will contact me but no surprise no one conatact me from 8 days
it makes me very frustrated if your link show me wrong option this is not my fault its ebay's fault.
I hope theY listneing to customer,,,,
even here they did not reply
and now they showing xmas offer oh god how someone going to trust you with this if you make a so much mess during your last offer,,,,:-(
