This is to bring to your kind notice that despite a call to ebay CC, an email to inpromotions@ebay.com and a web chat on the chat portal, I still have no information regarding my free gifts under the dussera promotion. Now its been two months and I haven't got any of the promised gifts. I really puts ebay's intensions at doubts, whether the promotion was just a hoax. I could have saved at least 1500 Rs on my purchase if bought from nehru place in delhi, but the trust i had on ebay and the free gifts enticed me to buy it from ebay. My all earlier purchases had been more than satisfactory, but this season I feel forgotten. The paisapay details of my transactions are given below for reference.
