23.5 Kg Per Parcel. 2114.62 Rs Per Parcel For Rs 110 Product

Why They Wrong Update Weight Of the Parcel.

We Call Powershipment Team. They Say We Investigate N Reply You.

But today We Trouble For This Problem.

very Very Poor Service given By Ebay to Valuable Seller...

Our 500000 Rs. In Negative in Paisa Pay Account.

If Anyone From Ebay Can Reply This...

RECEIVED MAIL FROM EBAY TODAY THAT 250GMS SLOT IS NOT APPLICABLE FOR FEDEX.

- THIS IS CHEATING BY EBAY AND LOGISTICS DEPT.

- THEY DID NOT MENTION THIS RULE AT THE TIME OF ANNOUNCEMENT AND INTRODUCTION OF THIS FACILITY

- WHEN I CLAIM FOR EXCESS CHARGE THIS NEWLY CREATED RULE IS BEING THROWN AT MY ME.

- SELLERS IS THIS FAIR ?????????????????

Hello everyone..

I am also one of the victim of ebay powership logictics partner - Bluedart

frendz_shop i have also faced a problem like you but i have not yet been refunded

i sold and shipped the parcel on 27th July,2013 ( PaisaPay ID 34127763363 ) via Bluedart DP mode

the weight of the product was 3.2 KG (3200 gms) and i have been charged for 9.6 KG ( 9600 gms) and the PS fees was 966/-

i have mailed to inlogistics@ebay.com several times but nobody replied, then after calling atleast 5 times they gave me an email id of riteshsharma2@ebay.com

he simply replies " shipment travels on volumeteric weight " after that i replied him with actual weight and more details but then no reply all in vain

i dont what are they doing ?? can anybody help me out..

and @frendz_shop how did u get the refund ?? whom did u contact

I would be very thankful if anybody could help me out with any solution

they do not make  inadvertent mistakes but commit the  intentional frauds .

(Multiply the weight at least 10-50 times ) far away from reality.

They do it again and again despite pointing out the problem once .fedex and other companies are almost ok.
