I have received 1 refund of Rs.90/- for fedex after 40 days and the 2nd refund of bluedart of Rs.42.70/- is pending since last 50 days and nothing is been done about it.
I spoke to logistics team 2 times but nothing is done.
They are even acting funny to remove logistic problem feedbacks, I had to fight tooth and nail to get one feedback removed.
Have you checked the quality of the shipping material received in March, the quality is very very bad and the bags are surely not 60 microns all bags are of seconds quality.
So do not take things lightly, keep a sharp watch on your account daily and get all your refunds back.
