Wrong Adjustment Passed without Calling ( eBay Guarantee Claim No.68904 )

eBay has today deducted Rs.413/- from our account against eBay Guarantee Claim No.68904.

It is to be noted that buyer purchased two products with manufacturer warranty from us last month. One of the same was working fine while other had some technical problem for which we suggested the buyer to either contact local service centre or send the product back to us through eBay to get the replacement.

The buyer then accordingly raised the claim to get the replacement back but he never sent faulty item back to us as according to him the eBay never advised him the required procedure.

after receipt of claim mail, we had instantly replied to eBay that to advise the buyer to either contact local OEM service centre or send the product back to us.

Nobody from eBay contacted us in this regard and today suddenly the amount of both products got deducted from our account.

The buyer is also not aware about it. He now has both the products and the money is being refunded to him.

For no fault, We are now at the mercy of the buyer to get the money refund......

this has become so so common, paisapay team does whatever they want, dont even bother to call up, all they know is to approve all the guarantee claims, in some they even say that they are covering under seller protection and still dont do it.

It seems ebay does not like posting of mine as everytime I put them here it gets deleted by them.

Ebay's Paisapay team should stop refunding on their own wish to buyer for their open claim "item not as described". Ebay should contact seller and also read the return policy. If ebay / buyer does not check our return policy then what's the use of it putting it in every description?????

If ebay decides to refund then they should also arrange to pickup the product from buyer side!.


In our return policy we clearly describe if any fault in the product then we replace on receiving the product but instead ebay sends the refund fully and also let them keep the product with them without returning it!!!!

Now tell us is it safe to sell on ebay.in as refunding & giving sellers item for free to keep them happy to keep them coming do the same tricks?????



Recently ebay refunded without my consent to a buyer.

Please reopen the claim case eBay Guarantee Claim No. 146180 and arrange the item pickup from buyer as you have forcely refunded the amount.
