Today, another unfair refund got approved in favour of buyer
even when we mailed the correct POD to the eBay two days
ago.
Refund request was initiated on eBay item # 220903611221.
Claim adjuster called us on Saturday, 17.12.2011 at around 3:00 PM while informing us that docket no as posted by us in the
system is showing delivery to some other state.
We then told him that their might be a possibility that due
to some human error, the docket no of buyer got reversed with another buyer and requested him to give us some time to check.
He agreed to that and told us that either we call us or he will call us before 5.00 PM to confirm the same.
We then checked our records and found that by mistake of our freight forwarder, the docket no got reversed with another client.
The actual Speedpost AWB No. was EV252560672IN which clearly shows that the buyer himself received the product on 14.12.2011.
We then tried calling the no. as given by claim adjuster but it constantly gave engage tone or number not exist message. We then tried calling to other no from which his call was received but this no after giving one ring, put our call on hold for infinite period and after that the call got disconnected. We tried calling to theses nos. multiple times but failed.
We then tried calling eBay's toll free no but it was also gave engage tone continuously. We then tried contacting over chat but it also showed that chat is off.
Atlast, we send POD to the eBay by email on 17 December, 2011 3:56 PM but still the refund got processed in buyer favour on 19.12.2011 without any further call from claim adjuster.
The same POD has now been forwarded to seller protection.............
