It is to be noted that buyer purchased two products with manufacturer warranty from us last month. One of the same was working fine while other had some technical problem for which we suggested the buyer to either contact local service centre or send the product back to us through eBay to get the replacement.
The buyer then accordingly raised the claim to get the replacement back but he never sent faulty item back to us as according to him the eBay never advised him the required procedure.
after receipt of claim mail, we had instantly replied to eBay that to advise the buyer to either contact local OEM service centre or send the product back to us.
Nobody from eBay contacted us in this regard and today suddenly the amount of both products got deducted from our account.
The buyer is also not aware about it. He now has both the products and the money is being refunded to him.
For no fault, We are now at the mercy of the buyer to get the money refund......

The buyer initially received the product, signed the POD of receipt of good condition and later complaint for damaged product. We then advised him to ship through eBay to get replacement.
On receipt of buyer's damaged product we called the buyer and he told us that he want the replacement item and not the money refund so we shipped another brand new piece to him by DTDC AWB No.Z54735750 on dated 7.2.2012.
Now, today we got mail from eBay for refund approval in buyer favour without our consent.
Now we have lost the payment and the product as well.

Also, till date, we haven't received any seller protection coverage email from eBay for last three claims approved in buyer favour as stated earlier in this regard.

When we called one of the same buyer then he told us that even did not received any call from eBay in this regard otherwise he would have cancelled the claim request as he wants to keep the product now.

This letter is to thank you and Ebay to make me feel terribly bad, cheated and left with so much anger which cannot even be expressed by words.
Why do I pay for your policy, something which I was kept in dark and suddenly you deduct Rs 17000 from my a/c, my listing clearly stated the condition with no warranty/guarantee. Why has Ebay decided to give guarantee at 100% loss to me almost after a month? Without my consent
How a buyer claims ‘item not as described after using the product almost a month’
Why my account would be put on hold for non- payment of less than Rs 300/- in one week and no action over 6 months for Rs 17000/-
Mr. Mehra, I am not going to behave like an ordinary user, I will take this matter up against Ebay on all social networks, blog’s, forum. I will send a detail disappointing letter to every media house in the country. I will make sure I reach out to the most influential people not only in India but around the globe.

Also, we did not have any money refund policy mentioned in our eBay listing where buyer had placed the order and neither we received any call from eBay in this regard before approving the claim.
Most surprisingly, we just called the buyer and he told us that his problem has already been sorted out by iBall customer care centre and he want to keep the product as it is working fine now.

No call was received from eBay in this regard. The buyer claimed for non-receipt of product and the buyer product is showing delivered on DTDC website via AWB No. Z76019818.

Another FRORC003 eGuarantee Claim # 149993 passed today without calling us in this regard.
The same iBall Pen Drives as ordered by buyer was sent in seal pack condition with bill and one year manufacturer warranty.
According to buyer, only one pen drive has technical defect which would had been sorted out by his nearest iBall customer care centre, if advised by eBay accordingly.
The buyer has already opened the sealed packing of both products and they are still with the buyer only.

Just see the actual images given below, is this the right way to send emails.

When you are handing claims why is ebay not giving the complete details in the sent mail. Why is the mail sent like an SMS.
The claim got settled in ultra fast time that is only 4 days and as usual there was no phone call from ebay in this matter, no mail to inform me about the item been returned, absolutely nothing and the refund was done to the buyer.
