If someone higher up in eBay India management is reading this message, I would advise them to analyse my case Claim ID : 1779971 PaisaPay ID : 42057934434 for the inconvenience they have put me through so long and then call up those employees who were handling this case and kick them out of eBay immediately or close your operation in India.
After struggling a lot I somehow got number of grievance department. finally after almost 2 months, I have got the refund, but eBay I will never come here again!!! What a frustrating experience.
