Received a Damaged product worth 41,000. No resolution from ebay yet to the dispute.


I have bought an item 
PaisaPay ID : 42360684913
when i recived the item, its completly damaged and i have raised a case agains the damaged item.

claim ID: 1914411 has been opened on 24th April 2016, its been five working days, yet i have not received any resolution neither from seller nor from ebay.
When ever i called ebay, they alwasy tell me wait for another 48 hrs.
I have raised an ebay guarantee claim , ans it was suppose to be a time bounded.
Should i proceed with judicial process under court of law? as i am not seeing any solution.


41,000 is my two months hard work salary , and what finally i got from ebay is a junk.
