I have been trying to verify my account on ebay for last almost 20- 25 days. First it didnt let me verify my credit card. After 15 days somehow it did accept the card. Now it is asking me for phone verification.
What the hell is happening. Why is ebay frustrating me so much for verification. Every time i call on the toll free customer care number some Mr Johnson answers very rudely and asks to check again after 24 hours for a solution but nothing is been happening as of now.
I feel frustrated and sorry to say this is not how Ebay should treat its customers. A lot of inefficiency in the entire process. This Mr Johnson doesnt pass on the phone to his manager as well but the only response which i keep getting is keep trying after 24 hours, it may happen anytime based on my luck.
I will not recomend Ebay to anyone for such pain.
