I have operated a successful account and have migrated it to new account.
I have my positive account balance as the funds are been credited to account for TDS reimbursements etc.
I have followed with ebay customer care and they do not wish to intentially follow up with your concern and will give it a pass.
I fail to understand how difficult be this situation for them to reimburse the credit funds.
Deem to fail.
