Within 24 Hours Refund Stop Request not Accepted?

Hello eBay,

I wish to bring one case to your notice. There is one paisa pay id: 31974411149 for which I wrongly refunded to buyer on 27th August @ 3:30pm & later on in morning I come to know that its already delivered to buyer.

I requested to hold refund to eBay CS at 10am today morning. i.e. within 24 hours & they informed us that refund hold not possible. They informed me this refund will reflect in buyers bank account in 15 days.

eBay CS informed me that collect money from buyer using offline payment method. When I spoken to buyer he told I will pay 88 Rs. when I will get previous amount credit. Do you think is that fair? I sold memory card 8GB @ 288 Rs. & now that I lost. Buyer used 200Rs discount coupon that means he got product only in 88Rs.

Who will resolve my concern now? There is no seller protection? Within 24 hours eBay refunded to buyer????? To pickup a call eBay CS takes minimum 1 hour & for refund less than 24 hours?

Why this manual hold is not possible in this case?

Vilasji.... for ebay guarantee they first deduct the money from our account and then inform us and that too if they feel like it or they don't even inform us that the money has been deducted. There is nobody at ebay to listen to us.

Ebay openly tell lies nowadays that seller protection payment has been made but when you ask for payment date they don't reply for months. Even our account manager is helpless.

Same thing ebay is doing for Powershipping also, open cheating and no replies given. Powership discount is never given unless you check it and come to know about it, who will sit everyday and check tell me ?????. Where I should be charged 188/- for courier they have charged me 361/- and nobody gives any answers.

You are absolutely right. Now a days no eBay pink too responding on our comments. Everything depends on there mind. If they feel good will provide seller protection if not then nothing... This buyer told me I will pay 88 Rs. for 8GB Card. eBay ne to hath upar kar liye...

Don't know when such things will end in eBay? Account manager is helpless then I am very happy because I don't have any account manager 🙂

ebay cs is all responsible for this, i wonder what do they do all the days, no reply to mails, 3 of my refunds have been approved even after asking to put them hold, a total of 1600 loss, anyone listening at the cs end ?? do you guys still care to give a call back atleast
