I had raised a claim at ebay 10 days back as a seller had not shipped the item as per description given on ebay. As per policy Ebay should have called the customer within 7 days of raising a claim. I didnt received any call from ebay. so after escalating my claim on 8th day of raising a claim I still havent received any call.
Seller is very well willing to take the item back as he know s his fault. Despite that Poor processes at Ebay have left both the seller and buyer at a fix.
Every time I call Ebay they say this case is escalated.
Ebay's behaviour on this case reflects that Ebay doesnt even know what an escalation means.

I had called Ebay on 26th august and talked to the customer support supervisor "Abhayjeet". Not for my surprise he "Escalated" my ticket again.
Result of "Escalation" at ebay:
I have not received even a single call from Ebay on my case: 112702 since 14th august.

The problem is eBay does not send an e-mail to the seller when a claim has been raised by a buyer, so he doesnt get a quick chance to resolve buyer's problems.
