I received a defective item (data cable) and the model number mentioned on the description is NOT mentioned on the box of this data cable..
I paid thru paisa pay.
No proper return address mentioned on the Shipping box.
I reported to DISPUTE CONSOLE.
There is no reply from the seller even after 10 days.
Now 13 days have passed after reploring to DISPUTE CONSOLE.
I want to escalate this dispute to higher level, but I am not able to do so, since that option is not highlighted on the Dispute console.
I have lost the faith on the seller and I need my money back and not replacement.
Now how long I have to wait??
Please help.
