Why to use Community Board???

With Heavy heart I have to say that community board has become no more than the lone punching Bag where buyers/sellers take out their frustation.

I see that many sellers like Raj Jee, Prince Jee, Mustafa Jee to name a few trying to help community members with whatever best they can in whatever little time they have to spare. I also see buyers like Bhushan Jee giving insights and help to fellow buyer's in need.

What I am shocked to notice is the involvement of eBay staff in these discussions. "ZERO", any fellow member who is following these discussions religiously will know what I mean, This week I remember seeing only one sigle post from an eBay Pink on one of the thread, that too had no substance in it.

eBay is trying to be ultra active on the facebook fan page. But what about it's own backyard. I posted a suggestion yesterday on eBay fan page in facebook. I got a thankyou message and a reply within hours.. But gloom and silence prevails in the community boards with no one on eBay to listen to problem, clear doubts or say at least express solidarity..

Its is much better to shut down community board and directly link this thing with your facebook profile if eBay has lost confidence on its own community and its own members.

So much to achieve in ebay!
My one request on behalf of tech category. Could you bring it down to 4.4 DSR like in Germany? Tech is a difficult category.

Why to use Community Board???

For tech category the DSR for a powerseller should be low as buyer dont understand what product they r buying.
Without reading the description they buy and after that they leave negative and neutral feedback which directly affect the DSR
For Negative feedback we can appeal in community court but for Neutral there is no option to remove it

Recently only i got neutral for Usb charger which i sold on daily deals
Its was clearly mention on listing that it work with china mobile and also mention This product is not meant for Apple Product ,but still buyer buy and gave me neutral feedback saying "it does not work with my iphone" , "I thought this charger can charge any mobile." So in this case what will a seller do in this case
Without his mistake he trend to loose his powerseller status

i rarely used online buying, though most of my financial transaction are online. i find one wrong thing on site,that is to say exgeratted description of product. it seems we are in some haat or Bazar where hawkers are loudly announcing their products. moreover not presenting real pics and function and cons of product is another reason for not having faith.
