I bought a product. And with in few minutes adaptor is gone. I kept the seller informed for replacement. He is not responding. I tried to reach ebay customer care support, through email. But impossible to get their email address. I am getting suspicious about their attitude. I think they are more interested in earning commission, rather than making themselves easily available. Of course, they always have a simple, both me and seller should talk and resolve the issue. Then, why I should go through ebay? I can very well, buy the same product at Ritchie Street, at a lower price too. Even in earlier occasions I had bitter experience.
