Delay in delivery of goods, chat facility and phone facility

Its takes min 2 weeks to deliver the product through e-bay, this is very very slow, where as flipkart gets you the product within 2 days almist all the time. The chat facility and the phone facility in ebay customer care is rarely available, the waitint time keeps on increasin...almost to 50 mins...the service is pathetic, need to improve a lot. I ordered the products on 6th Jan, on 10th january I got the message that it has been shipped through INDIA POST (another slow service provider) and the product will reach to me by 17 Jan. Not satisfied with the service.

Delay in delivery is a serious concern. ebay has given sellers too much shipping time. I bought one cell phone on 6th jan but still item is not shiped more over seller is not pcking my phone also. if we compare with flipcart their services are very fast. they ship immediately after the order and item is delivered in 2-4 days. this is very pathetic .....now am waiting for reimbursement so that i can bye from somewhere else...
