If you have noticed any thread which carries a discussion where you feel eBay's response is essential and yet has not been responded to then please bring it our notice and I'll surely respond to the same to the best I can.

Moreover, I'd like to reiterate the fact that we always want to be a part of a discussion that provides feedback to us which only helps in our efforts to improve.

Moreover, I take this as a suggestion for myself and will keep a note of this.

My dear Dr Hassan,
The basic community ethics says that no thread should be unattended. It is quite possible that Mr Indraneel is not always available. But other community members can share that responsibility. That way a great community comes into being.
