WORST REDRESSAL TEAM EVER

I had applied for the refund of the since a long time back, you guys are not at all serious on the complaint of the customer. a customer is complaining to the redressal team/nodal officer means the matter need to be serious. The follow up and the TAT provided by EBAY is not at all followed. Seriously on of my worst experience ever with EBAY. kindly share the contact details of the MD and the CEO of the organization if you guys do not want to work. 

I had purchase a phone from your website amounting Rs.36000/- and the device found to be defected. i applied for the refund but still no response from your end, seriously is this the services you people are providing, I have share my details below.

I HAVE MAILED YOU GUYZ 10 TIMES, BUT STILL NO APPROPRIATE REVERT RECEIVED TILL DATE. the redressal team says that they will call me back within 48 hours but still no revert received till date.
