Opened on 5th August.. TILL NOW NO BODY CALL AND SEND A MESSAGE REGARDING THE ISSUE.. EVERY TIME WHEN i CALL THEY WILL TELL 48 HOURS.. THE ONE WORD ..WORST SERVICE.. ESCALATING TO FORMS FOR JUSTICE.. YOU WILL TELL EBAY GUARENTY POLICY.. THATS ALL FAKE.....

 

 

CHECK THE MAIL WHICH i HAVE WRITTEN TO EBAY...

 

FRUSTRATED WITH YOUR WORST SERVICE TILL NOW I AM NOT GETTING ANY RESOLUTION FROM YOUR SIDE NOR THE SELLER IS LIFTING THE CALL...I HAVE OPEN THE CLAIN 12 DAYS BANK NEITER I RECEIVE THE CALL NOR AN EMAIL...ON SATURDAY I.E ON 15TH AUG I HAVE CALLED TO YOUR CUSTOMER CARE NOR ANY ONE OF THEM ARE HELP FULL.. EVEN I SPOKE WITH MANAGER SWASTIKA.. SHE TOLD THAT WITH IN 48 HOURS THE ISSUE WILL BE RESOLVED ...NOW I HAVE CALLED TO YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HE INFORM THAT YOUR BACK END TEAM WILL WORK ON THE ISSUE AND IT WILL TAKE 48 HOURS MORE .. WHAT IS THIS?.. WHEY ARE YOU PLAYING WITH CUSTOMERS...THIS IS NOT THE MATTER OF 199 BUGS.. BUT I FELL INSULT.. WITH YOUR SUPPORT..FOR REPLACEMENT IS IT TAKING THIS MUCH TIME?.. DO YOU THIS IS THIS FAIR ON YOUR SUPPORT...HANDLING LIKE THIS.. I WILL ESCALATE THIS TO MAXIMUM WHICH I CAN DONE..IF IT IS NOT RESOLVED WITH IN 48 HOURS..
