The powership facility was quite ok till last month. There were issues but atleast you could contact them. Emails were replied in 1-2 days and phone calls were picked in about 5 minutes.
But since past 1 month all havoc has broken loose. No calls are answered and even if they are after waiting for 1 hour the person would put you on hold and not reply till you cut the phone. Emails are never replied.
Meanwhile bludart is making hay charging 10kg parcels as 50 kg! And there is no option to disable it because you cannot contact powership AT ALL!
Transit insurance for powership is equally ridiculous. They would "cover you under seller protection" but never actually remitt the money. Thus you loose product as well as the Money!
