WAKEUP EBAY INDIA TEAM....TIME AND BUSINESS RUNNING OUT...

HI ALL,
FEW MORE CONCERNS TO SHARE ABOUT.

SEEMS EVEN ACCOUNT MANAGERS DONT HAVE A PROPER ANSWER.WHO HAS A RIGHT ANSWER??????

MY ACCOUNT MANAGER MR.SAHEER SHEIK TOLD ME THAT I WILL LOOSE MY ITEM WHICH HAS BEEN SHIPPED ALREADY AND BUYER GETS THE FUNDS BACK TOO IF ITS NOT REACHING HIM BY DEADLINE AND HE IS NOT WILLING TO GRANT ME TIME EXTENSION.IS THAT SO?.

HE EVEN TOLD ME IT WILL BE BETTER TO GO TO EBAY.COM TO DO INTERNATIONAL SELLING.IS IT BECAUSE NOBODY IN EBAY INDIA CAN CLARIFY MY DOUBTS?. REALLY DO I HAVE TO GO ?.

WHAT IF
1.I FAIL TO DELIVER THE ITEM WITHIN 21 DAYS TO THE BUYER WHEN HE HAS ALREADY DENIED TIME EXTENSION REQUEST FROM ME?.
2.WILL THE BUYER GETS THE FUNDS BACK AND ITEM WHICH I SEND(WHICH WILL BE DELIVERED AFTER DEADLINE)AS FREE OF COST?.
3.WHAT IF BUYER NOT CONFIRM THE RECEIPT OF THE ITEM AFTER RAISING AN ITEM NOT RECEIVED CLAIM?

3.WHAT GUARANTEE EBAY GIVES TO MY ITEM?.WHETHER I WILL RECEIVE IT BACK OR I WILL HAVE TO GIVE IT FREE OF COST TO BUYER BECAUSE THAT I DIDNT MEET DELIVERY DEADLINE?.

PLEASE GIVE ME A REPLY.I AM SO MUCH CONFUSED ABOUT THE NEW RULES.

WHY EBAY NOT UNDERSTANDING THAT I AM NOT THE ONE DELIVERING THE ITEMS?.IT DEPENDS UPON INDIA POST BY WHOM I SEND THE ITEMS MOST.

INDRANEEL REPLIED TO SOME OF MY QUERIES EARLIER IN FEEDBACK TO EBAY INDIA TEAM.HE SAID THEY ARE WORKING ON IT.HOW LONG THEY GONNA TAKE IT TO RECTIFY THE NEW RULES WHICH ARE NOT PRACTICAL?.

Hi,

Mr. Rajan Mehra has told in his chat that they are considering to extend this time as per international practice. But for me the best is that we should be able to determine our delivery time, in specified fileds, for various modes of shipping at the time of listing - after all it cant be the same for speedpost and registered post. There are heavy items which buyers may prefer delivery even by sea mail which is cheap but with a long delivery period. Hope ebay will come up with a better idea. I dont understand why PaisaPay included this additional delivery schedule when there is already a deadline to file dispute and claim refund. After all the more popular PayPal do not have this. Changes are welcome but it should not be for the shake of making changes.

Lastly, I am also tensed with one delivery in Spain. I have entered the despatch details after 5-6 days to get some more time but often it takes 5-6 weeks for these deliveries and I have less than 4 weeks. May GOD help me to save my money from refund.

Hope ebay will stop such refunds for international transactions IMMEDIATELY. .

Hello,

We are in the same boat. You guys waked up when you affected. I could assume this disaster before even released new PaisaPay. Please read my post after they announced New PaisaPay release. I am 100% against the new PaisaPay.

1. Too much work documenting & entering shipping details.
2. Unsafe for sellers.
3. Good time for fraud buyers who is looking for free stuff in eBay.
4. Too complicated for buyer and seller.

I am sure it is going to fail soon. But so far eBay does not admit it openly, it is a failure system. Soon will when there is no sales & sellers.

Yes, this is a big issue against all the serious sellers on ebay.in, not only for overseas but also in India. It is very difficult to difficult to deliver the parcels overseas in ebay deadline of 21 days by India Post. Other foreign options (couriers) are too costly and in most of the cases are not viable, if their service available too.

Secondly, ebay sends continuous reminders to confirm the receipt or claim the refund within 21 days. Now the buyers think that if they would not claim, their money may be lost. Now they started to think negative after receiving second or third reminder and after all they/some of them file for refund. Now the seller is helpless. Ebay sends one email to stop the consignment, which was not at all possible in case of overseas and also very very diffucult in most of the domestic shipments also.

Recently one of my buyers also inspite of receiving the parcel claimed that he has not received the item. It is just that he want to return the product and afterall he send back the item. The item was absolute perfect and no one ever complaint for that item, inspite of repeated regular orders on ebay. Ebay has issued full refund without deducting even shipping charged which was incurred. In this case, I was lucky, because I did not lose the entire amount of Rs 2000+. I only lost shipping charges and also selling fees, which ebay has charged without completion of transaction. This is another big side effect - LOSS - to the sellers.

At the moment, there does not seems much hope except to take more precautions and protest against the rules and/or to stop selling. If ebay does not make amendments to new PaisaPay rules, it will certainly be tough in coming days.

Moreover, after sometime, the seller can not leave Negative or Neutral Feedback to the buyers - even the buyers does not bother to pay and leave seller negative also. ??? !!! I think that none of the sellers on ebay.in site will agree or support this. Please do consider this point also before this rule become applicable.

I am also awaiting the responses from all the serious sellers on these two topics.

Hello all,
i am really sorry to say that i misunderstood what my account manager Mr.Saheer Sheik told me.I ended up posting worng information and unnessesarily pulled his name in to this.I would like to apologise for the same.This all happened because of my terrible communication skills in English.

PL(cant recall her name), whom i talked regarding this issue today morning and Mr.Indraneel..Please dont rag Mr.Saheer Sheik any more.He is innocent.

May be this all happening because of tension which i am facing because of the new paisapay rules.Recently i have sold an item for Rs25000/- and buyer paid me through paisapay.Now i am looking forward for the day it is reaching my buyer and the day he is gonna confirm the receipt of the item.Then only i will get my funds right?.

Talking to PL(cant recall her name)she really understood the problem and told me that i can accept other forms of payments like DD,Cheque,Bank Transfer Etc instead of going through all the hurdles of paisapay if the buyer is ok to do that.Will try to implement these in my next listings.

Why should i waste time of Mr.Indraneel and ebay team posting my concerns and why should i make them feel uncomfortable searching for answers.Fault is mine.Cause i am the seller here and only i need to get worried about the flaws in the process and about my item.

And about international deliveries ebay has to take a decision fast and amend appropriate changes favouring sellers too.Hope you will do so at the earliest.

Any day i welcome old paisapay.At least i was getting funds regularly to do more and more business.Here i am stuck with pending paisapay payments(waiting for item receipt confirmation from buyer).Seems ebay dont need much business turnover these days.They are happy with the low turnover(search ebay business graphs in google)and big money in pending paisapay payments which is holded for a month.

The new paisapay system is total BAKAWAS,I am waiting for that day when it will take back,Hope that day will come soon and I will start selling again through old paisapay,
