Very worst eBay services

I am struggling to process my refund via Ebay, I had purchase used moto e, which I received damaged item and I tried to return back. They won't take back. And had a word with eBay customer service.I have called to the customer service toll free but everytime I receive a same answer. He given me a mail address, I tried thirce to send the mail but mail deliver to failure. After that i can't speak with eBay customer service, they hold me more than 20 min. It's a worst service they are not proper response & answer... I won't never buy a products from eBay. I am highly dissatisfied with the EBAY customer service and same was not expected by EBAY that such a big company and the processes are so weak.
