Valentines Promo gift : not received yet.. HELP!!!!!!

Dear Ebay,
I have not yet received the valentines day promo gift for my purchase.

I had purchased a mobile phone >20k & was entitled for a 500Gb portable HDD which I had selected along with the purchase.

Can you pl.
1. Give visibility as to when will I receive this gift?
2. Add a tracking option for the gift so that the buyer knows the status of this gift voucher processing from your end.

Let me know if you (EBAY) need any more details & I would be glad to furnish it. Pl. ensure that i receive my free gift at the earliest.

Got the free gift today afternoon from Ebay 🙂

Still, it would be good if Ebay ensures tht there is a tracking mechanism enabled for this gift so that people wont have to wonder where their gift is.

Thats really nice, well Even i was entitled for a 4gb pen drive for the same promo. They said i should be getting it within a month. I have not yet received one! Seriously there should be some tracking for this...

However even after 3 months of that mail i've not yet received my gift. I've contacted ebay several times over telephone and through email but my problem is still unresolved. Customer support of ebay do not have the courtesy to give reply of customer complaints. I’ve seen that there are large number of other victim customers who are fooled by the ebay by their Valentine Day Gift Offer. I can't understand why ebay is making such false promises if they can not fulfill them.

I have now decided not to purchase anything from ebay and stopped recommending ebay to my friends and colleagues. As a part of our social responsibility to alert the innocent customers to prevent them getting into the trap of such false promises of ebay, let us raise this issue at various levels/forums.
