Useless community court

Dear Members,
I have appealed in community court regarding of not receiveing the item as listed in ebay site. Here under are the outcome of community court. till date i have not received any response or feedack, whether I will get my remaining items which i have purchased from the seller. for this i have given a seller negative feedback and the court has annouced the decission in favour of seller. Now the seller is saying when i will get it from the company from where i purchased then only i will be able to provide you. I have purchased an item no.150449791945(NEW MICROMAX Q7 DUAL SIM CAMERA, WIFI,BT - Lowest Price) on dated 7th June'2010 and till date i have not recieved the software CD and Leather Pouch/ Case which is included in the above listing.

I think all sellers are the jury of these community court.

It is a democratic country no doubt where we all have our rights. But with Rights also are some responsibilities. Spamming all posts one can lay hands upon with his problem is not justified. Remember by flooding all threads with one post suffering of other people are also undermined which otherwise would get equal attention.

I am not commenting on the gravity of one's problem but on the manner it is brought to notice of all.

Why are to banging your head aganist a brick wall. You have lot of patience I must say and I really admire you for it!!!

See that's the main reason why no big or experienced seller's or even any pink is replying to these buyers queries because they lack basic forum etiquette and just snap at everybody who does not speak in their favour. They are not open to advice.

I have seen even sunilji of linusstudios trying to talk sense to these set of buyers, but its of no use. Some people will just never learn.
