I had purchased an iPhone 5s 64 gb. The phone that he had sent had a charger which never worked right from the first day. When I asked the seller, he asked me to send me the address. He never responded to my calls or my messages after that. After 25 days of purchase, the phone's signal reception went on a toss. The signal never showed up and the phone totally stopped working and ebay said they are not responsible as it is more than 30 days from the date of purchase. I reached out the seller regarding this and he asked me to send the phone back to him. I spent Rs.850 for courier and sent the phone to the seller. Once the product reached him, he stopped answering my phone. After one month of followups and fights he sent me a replacement phone which was a used phone with a damaged fingerprint reader. When I spoke to the seller out of frustration, he used language on me. When I escalated this to eBay, they never helped me out with this inspite of multiple complaints raised. I'm at loss now. The seller is now asking me to return the product and he will provide me the refund. Already I took one chance to trust him and send the phone and fought back for one month to get the replacement. Again I don't want to take a chance to send the phone and what if he just doesn't bother to revert to me. I cannot travel all the way from Bangalore to Kolkata to search for him. eBay has totally disowned the customer in this serious case. No justice for the purchased product worth Rs.25000. He is number 1 fraud. Never purchase from this guy.
