I request ebay team to also make few changes :

- Please start best offer option for all items listed in fixed price or shop inventory.
- Paypal payment option for buyers who wants to pay using paypal for items won on ebay india.

Well, I can say , that ebay Took a Smart Way by taking this Senario of FVF at least.

Cause, What i found is :

All Chindi pindi sellers will be removed , and Ebay doesnt care for them anymore, they want big guys to come now,

they have to do this cause, last year Ebay became number 2 in awards for web as shopping so, so they have to do something to get back

perosnally, I am feeling that it will take kachra sellers out and good sellers will grow...

Overall listings will increase a lot, as liting fee is 1500 per month fixed, if they make PaisaPay as the only option and charge 5.5%, thats the best thing to do, as 99% of my buyers paid via that now, 60% of Ebay's revenue was coming from Technology, so they made it sweeter.
