Hi Me too facing the same situation. Community court voted in my favour
and ebay is yet to remove the feedback. No action from their side at

Hi That will not help. Even if the buyer sends the message through
"contact us" the -ve will not be removed. You can request only 5
feedback revisions in one calender year and if the buyer does not
respond to your revision request - may be due to not...
