Ebay India Claims

1. A response time of 24-48 hours

2. Protect the interests of the buyer by Guarantee

3. Asks to report unethical behaviour by Seller

 

I have reported multiple times to Ebay, and I get an acknowlegement email that the case will be responded to, but I don't get a response.

I bought an item where the seller asked for more money outside Ebay/PaisaPay. I reported the behaviour to ebay but nobody responded.

 

Ebay India is complacent and has lost a loyal customer, I have moved my business to Amazon. My multiple communications to Ebay are detailed below.

I have asked twice already and asking for the third time. Below is the email I sent on 23rd November and asked for a reply again on 28th November. Jagruti, Templatized responses do not help. 1. Can you please explain what do you mean by It would be adviced in future transactions, once your issue gets resolved completely post which you may remove the feedback that you leave to the seller. 2. Ebay.in is unethical and CS is non responsive and do not reply. They don't reply to forum questions when refunds timelines have crossed. My refund for paisapay refund claim was approved after chatting. Mails were not replied. Now physical refund is not taking place for another month. Now they have closed claim without paying. This is cheating. Ebay.in keeps the money as they can release the payment after customer accepts the material. Ebay.in is also not paying the seller also. It is going bust and is becoming a sham site.

Do you know of any social media forums where I can tag Ebay? I have already posted on Twitter but that was ebay US and not India. Anything on Facebook to create more awareness about ebay?
