Dear Customer Support team,
I'm writing in this board as I couldn't e-mail through your e-mail Support system.
This is to complain about the 45-day waiting period before filing for an unpaid item process. This period is too long. Please make it two weeks or 15 days.
When a non-paying buyer places an order or bids for a popular item of mine, I can't wait for 45 days to file a UPI process and then relist the item. 45 days is too much and not a seller-friendly policy!
