Uneducated buyers on ebay A complete waste of time and money Please Advise!

Dear Ebay India Team,

I have been listing an MP3 player for sale as an Auction for the 3rd time since dec because I keep getting bids from newly registered buyers ( less than 1 month old) on ebay. These buyers DO NOT understand the concept of bidding and keep bidding on my item and when the auction is complete the buyers dont wan't to pay the final value price. Some buyers want to pay amount through a ridiculous installment system of of Rs 100 per month over 70-100 months. I hate the fact that this is a total time waster and I have to keep paying ebay india for reslisting the item. So far I haven't benefited and since its the 3rd time I have paid for the relisting fee, I have to somehow cover the cost of the item. To make matters worse, buyers keep leaving negative feedback without any reason at all. And then ebay india suspends these buyers from using ebay for 90 days, but this does not solve the problem. Some buyers also get very arrogrant in their messages. Is there anyway that this can be controlled. I would like to sell at an auction price rather than at a buy now option, because this product I'm selling is a little unusual than most Mp3 players and is not available for sale due to high demand and low stock availabity plus its packed with excellent features. Please advise of how do I deal with this specific issue.

Almost all of us have similar experience. Many of the members have put similar complains here. Many have suggested at least for optional verification of members. But it seems eBay officials have a different opinion. I am still of the opinion that we must be allowed to choose whether we want to deal with unverified buyers or not.
Present by Block Buyer preference, we can block any buyer having rating of -1 or lower. That does not mean that all members with a rating of -1 or lower are fraud or lack seriousness. Its also not the end of road for them as most of the sellers does not block any buyer from bidding.
I hope eBay will make it a bit more amendable to fit to the varying needs of its members. At least they can request all to go thru some optional surveys, say once a month, to understand the requirements of the mass a bit better. Best Regards 😄

Thanks all for your feedback. I have just found out that all these buyers are common friends, The 1st person who has been suspended from ebay has informed his other friends to keep bidding on my items with no intention of buying. This is only because he I did not sell him the item at the price he wanted to pay which was way less than the price of the starting bid. My current auction has increased to a bidding amount of over 1 lakh and the buyers are asking to pay for the item at Rs 100 a month over an installment period of 100 years. Can you believe these guys!! I have complained to ebay and I hope this issue gets resolved soon. Just to show you how insane these ebay members are, below is a couple of messages from some these members.

I and my friends have 35 ebay accounts. Among them only boog7booba and avibhat's accounts were suspended. Still we have more than 30 accounts.If you are interesting to sell your product without difficulty sell it at a lumsum price of Rs.1500/-.Otherwise you cannot sell in auction in future. We will bid at huge price whenever you relist your product. You have no option except to sell our indicated price. mind it.

This is most unexpected & concerning. I have neither read about such nuisance on this board nor heard about it. May be other members have knowledge about such pestering.
Hope eBay will take stringent actions against those miscreants without any further delay.
