Now deltamarkting_in1 is selling a so called ruby,496 carats (5074084604) which looks like ordinary stone and not a gem stone. He claims that it is certified by IGI, but goes on to say that the certificate is not provided.
How can ebay India tolerate such fraudulent sellers and make them power sellers. I want the ebay India team to answer this, unless they themselve are involved in these fraudulent sales.

Hi,
I think after so many similar postings, the ebay officials can at least put a reply & initiate a preliminary investigation by checking the certification of some items on sampling basis.
It will take hardly 15mins for the seller to scan some certificates and send it to ebay. Similarly, anybody without knowledge of gems can at least check whether the weight and category mentioned in the certificates are matching with the listing. After all, everybody buy some jewellery from the market and check the certificates of authenticity there. Best Regards 🙂

Dear all,
The Certificates of the stones are available in our offices for inspection. We get the stones certified in lots before putting them up for auction. However, each certification costs money and effort and with due consideration to all, we cannot be giving them out for free.Any buyer can get the stones tested at his end if in doubt. We recommend only Government approved labs.It may also be noted that we offer full refund for the gemstones if not satisfied without any questions asked and we are also having a Square Trade Seal on all our listings.
Over 4100 positive ratings of which 1890 are unique, with about 35% repeat buyers should dispel any doubts.Happy Bidding! Deltamarketing_in1

What the deltamarketing_in1 is saying is bull shit, he has not mentioned 111 negative feed back he has recieved in 12 months that is almost 9 negative feed back per month. Look at the discussion board, how many buyers have complained about deltamarketing_in1 about being cheated. He might have certificates for some stones but NOT all stones. If he is as honest as he claims to be he can atleast show the scaned copy of the certificate with the stone and leave it up to the buyer if he/she wants to purchase the certificate as honest sellers are doing on ebay. Yes he is offering money back gurantee, because he will get his fake stone back ready to sell it to another innocent buyer and still make mone on shipping charges. The guy is a total fraud.
