I purchased an item (item ID : 261118349816)on 08-Nov-12 and paid for it on the same day (32436634056).
The seller hasnt shipped the item yet. I didnt get any confirmation from ebay that a refund has been initiated.
I tried raising a claim through eBay Guarantee. Surprisingly a mandatory field (email address) was non-editable and it didn't allow me to submit the form.

I'm located abroad and the ebay India customer care number is not reachable from here.
The chat option was not available when I tried at around 5 pm IST on a day.
The funny fact is that the item that I bought was advertised on the home page of ebay.
Now I'm left with no channel to communicate with eBay India.
I have using eBay for past 7 years and had no issues so far. However, this time I got to know how difficult it is to communicate with eBay when items are not shipped. Seriously disappointed!!!!
