I bought the item on 04th September and teh item was delivered on 05th september. I immediately found that the item was not working so i filed a claim ID: 1238795 . Now Ebay customer service closed the case and when i tried to contact them , it says that i have to contact the manufacturing service center.
Now any Fool can say that for a Rs.210 product , i cannot search for a customer care center in Bangalore and if they have one in Delhi , then how come Ebay expects that i go to Delhi and get it replaced/Rectified.
Seller is not responding.
Now i am unable to Re-Open the case, Seller is not responding, Service Centers not available in Bangalore, Refund not provided by Ebay.... So shoudl i take this as " Ebay Cheating customers with the help of such Fake Sellers"
