on Dec. 31, 2012 I ordered Item number: 160913597240 using HDFC Credit Card.
Product was of amount 4399/- and I had used coupon 'HDFCEZEMI3' which is 5% discount with 3 EMI and hence resulting in 4179.05/- with EMI of 1393 per month.
Transaction was failed on billdesk site and showed 'Reasons: sorry!We are unable to process your transaction.Please conatct us at pgsupport@billdesk.com for any queries"' error message, but bank people told that transaction with 3 EMI has been authorized by Merchant(ebay) and hence amount will be debited and show in my next billing cycle.
I called eBay customer support they told me that i will get a call from eBay within 72hrs regarding this issue and I will either get a refund or the order will be placed.
But its already 72hrs and I have not got any response from eBay, this is what I cannot expect from EBAY.
Please someone help me. Its a 4000+ transaction amount.
