Transaction Failed but money got deducted in bank.

hi,
i was trying to buy the below item with vodafone coupon discount and transaction failed but money got transferred to ebay (My bank statement says its deducted).

So how do i get my money back ?

Same is the case with me. I tried to purchase item. Transaction was failed but money got deducted from the bank. I am using ICICI bank. It seems this has become a standard practice or a loophole.

I was paying money for my purchase on ebay thru oxigen wallet from my sbi net banking. My money got deducted but when I was seeing my purchase on ebay there was nothing showing my purchase. It seems that due to some failure it happened. But my money got deducted. Plese let me know how to raise my claim.
